WTF? WHAT THE FUCK? str isn’t included in the assassin’s damage formula? ever since bb started? HOW COME I NEVER KNEW OF THIS?

Wait… Was it ever? My memory completely fails me at times…. Like thinking it was 2hr 4x instead of 4hr 2x… I even though people were smegaing 8x instead of 4x during 2x….
